Do you offer nail art or just classic manicures?
Both. We specialize in custom nail art with editorial precision, but a clean classic manicure or gel color is always welcome. Every service is approached with the same attention to detail.
How long does a typical appointment take?
A standard manicure and pedicure runs about an hour and a half. Complex nail art or full sets may take two hours or more. We schedule time for precision, not speed.
What brands of polish and products do you use?
We carry a curated selection of professional-grade, long-wear polishes and gels known for color payoff and durability. Specific brands change by collection, but quality and performance stay consistent.
Is there a minimum age for clients?
We welcome clients aged 16 and up. Our studio is designed for a refined, quiet atmosphere that suits an adult clientele. Younger guests must be accompanied by an adult.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged at 50% of the booked service value. This protects our artists' time.
Do you accept walk-ins or only appointments?
We operate by appointment only. Every booking is given a dedicated slot, so your artist is entirely focused on you. Walk-ins are not available at this time.
